Exhibition rules and regulations
The exhibition area will be in Hall D and in Restaurant Møller.
Hall D has its entrance from the main stairs between Level 1 and Level 2.
• Room size: A total of 250 m²
• Ceiling height: 3,5 m / 2,5 m
• Flooring: parquet/carpet
Restaurant Møller is located on Level 2 (same floor as the Congress Hall)
• Room size: 270 m²
• Ceiling height: 3,0 m
• Flooring: carpet/parquet
The exhibitors themselves will not be able to choose between the two exhibition rooms. Due to limited space available, the organisers will have to make sure that the capacity is optimized.
Each company may book maximum 4 x 2 meters (8 sqm) exhibition stand space.
You may choose between the following exhibition stand spaces 2 x 2 meters, 3 x 2 meters or 4 x 2 meters (width x depth).
The exhibition area for Platinum Sponsors is in the Foyer on Level 1.
Congress attendees will be encouraged to spend time in the exhibition area, as we understand the importance of providing adequate time to display your products and to talk to the attendees in person. Coffee breaks will take place in and near the exhibition area.
Price – exhibition
Exhibition floor space NOK 4.800 + 25 % VAT per sqm.
Additional services to be ordered:
Shell scheme, walls, furniture, electric power etc. An order form and price list will be sent to you along with general exhibition conditions at a later date.
Each exhibitor is entitled to 1 free stand personnel badge. Additional stand personnel should register individually via the online registration. Registration fee per person for additional stand personnel is NOK 3200 + VAT, incl. lunch and coffee breaks Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
