Congress Languages

The official working languages of the congress are Norwegian and English. Plenary and State of the art-lectures will be held in English. Abstracts for the congress can be written and sessions can be held in English or in the Scandinavian languages. Posters and PP-presentations must be in English.

Registration information

All participants should fill in the on-line registration form which is available at www.19nkg.no All reservations including hotel, social programme and lunch should be made on the same electronic registration form. Events included in the registration fee should also be marked on the registration form. Each delegate must use a separate form. Accompanying persons are to be registered on the same form as the delegate. Lunch tickets can be ordered together with the registration. Lunch – a main course and dessert – will cost NOK 250 per ticket.

Payment

All payments (registration fees, accommodation and Gala dinner) should be made in advance in Norwegian currency (NOK) Payment methods Credit cards Visa, Mastercard/ Eurocard and Diners Club are accepted. Detailed information will be given in the registration process. When using a credit card your card will be charged directly for the total amount due. After submitting your electronic registration you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Cancellation and refunds

Any cancellation should be made in writing to Thue & Selvaag Forum AS, P.O.Box 14, N-2601 Lillehammer, Norway. Please note that for organizational reasons refunds will not be issued until the congress has ended. Neither the organizers nor the congress office can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Registration fees are refundable with a deduction of NOK 500,-  for adminstrative expenses provided that the participation is cancelled by April 30, 2008. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received from May 1, 2008. There will be no refunds for no-shows. The same cancellation procedures apply for accommodation and/or other items.
